At Primi, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated courier service or drop it off at any authorized collection point in your area.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
